gas guzzler
i recently calculated my gas mileage when i filled up, and i was getting 12 mi/ga on premium! the car is an 86 firebird, and i know it has the 4-barrell quadrajet. my friend thinks the guy b4 put a 350 in cuz of the way it runs....13.9-14.1's. is this possible? my mods- catco cat, flowmaster, hypertech chip, cold air intake, centerforce clutch, MSD 6A.

My chevelle is a 350 bored .20 over, performer intake, edelbrock 650cfm carb, blaster 2 coil, super comp headers, flowmaster 40 mufflers, accel 8.8's gets about 14 mpg in city... and i run door to door with some pretty quick cars...

what mph is it, I dont know but that sounds pretty fast for a carbed 305. It has the stock manifolds right? Oh, and my 85 lg4 gets about the same milage. It has seen better days and is not running that fast though.
