U-joint replacement

Can anyone give me a tutorial on how to replace one? The haynes manual doesn't really explain it and I have misplaced my chiltons. Also whats a good grease to put in them?

I bought the U-joints and brought the driveshaft and the new U-joints to a drivetrain place and they did the work(pressed out the old, and pressed in the new) and balanced the driveshaft for like $40.
