it all depends an how you drive, what gears are in the car, what mods, what engine.
My motor with stock 75cc heads, a mild cam, intake, carb. headers, on a 355 with 2.73 gears, makes close to 300hp.
Depending on how I drive it, I can get anywher from 8-14mpg in the city.
On the freeway, since I have the 2.73s, I get about 18.
