My intake bolts are rusty...

I want to take them out, one at a time, and replace with a stainless steel hex head and a nice washer. Is this going to cause any problems, I figure one at a time shouldn't be a problem at all but might as well ask.

I don't see why it would cause a problem.

Instead of of one at a time, though, once you put new ones, just start them and wait until you have them all in, then follow the correct torque sequence.

don't use hex head! use allen head, much stronger by nature, as well they're easier to get to, to tighten. ( the left middle two to be specific.)

PS. Does your honda actually run 12's? Or is that like my lawn mower that runs 11's?

By hex I meant allen, I couldn't think of the name.

And my honda is a street bike, it really does run 12s.
