weird timing on my stroker 383

I stroke my gm 4 bolt 350 crate engine a few month ago after
I put the engine in my car every thing goes normal but when i
decide to do a good timing i was very suprise by the reading 60 degre of initial advance.
i said to myself it's impossible the motor run great no pinging no
hard start no trouble on the road the damper is in the rigth place when the cylinder #1 is on compression at top dead center.
I bypass the MSD 6AL box and i change the distributor, same thing when i check with the timing ligth (i test it with another timing ligth).

I take my car to my Speed Shop were the engine was build and they check the set up and they told me that everthing seems
to be normal.
It's very frustrating because i can't go on the Dyno for tuning session etc.

Did anybody ever had this problem before and give some advice
please !!!

What dampner are you using? It must be hooped or you are using the wrong dampner/timing tab combo.

Are you sure you're timing it off the right cylinder?

The Torsionnal Damper was bougth brand new from GM dealer a few years ago, it"s th 6.75" and the part number is 6272221
as you can see in the GM Performance Parts Catalog.
The Timing Tape was install by the Speed Shop they told me it
