Alternator dead??

Well i was driving home from class today (about a 20 minute drive) After about 5 minutes i noticed the interior lights and headlights seemed a little dim. I kept driving and the cd player (has an amp and sub) started to act up. then when i came to a stop everythign would really dim and the car would stutter a little bit. then by the time i got onto my road i had to brake and turn at the same time and the motor just cut out. the headlight and stuff were still on just very very very dim. i tried to turn her over but just got the click click click. the windows and interior lights and headlights etc all still work (barely), but it wont turn over. Sound liek my alternator is konked out?

Could very well be the alt or some type of fusable link coming off of the alt charge wire. Could also be the wires going to the alt which are needed for it to produce a charge.

Probably the easiest thing to do is just pull it and take it to get tested.
