I'm not sure of everything involved in a complete tune up, but new plugs/wires, cap and rotor, maybe a radiator flush. Change the oil and tranny fluid. Change your belts, they don't cost much, but they could break an a bad time.

What Shields said.
Definitely change the fuel filter; since it's a new car you never know how many miles it's been there for. Also do a visual check on the air filter, it might need changing too. As for the belt, if it doesn't have any cracks don't bother changing it.

I've got BLUE Moroso 8mm on my car. Not that you will feel a difference (unless your car's wires are shot). Get some AC Delco plugs (don't fall victim to ****fires). I use a special cap so that all even plug wires exit the passenger side and all odd wires exit the drivers side (looks neat) but I used to use OEM (AC Delco) cap and rotor. Good pieces.
Probably could use a new O2 sensor (spend the money and get a Delco sensor, most aftermarket sensors are pure JUNK) and a PCV valve and stuff.

Maybe somebody could type out a list of a "full tuneup." This is what I know:

Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Wires
Fuel Filter
Oil Change

What else? Im learning stuff...what exactly is a "cap and rotor" and other stuff.

No, its the large Coil-in-cap HEI. Its made by Crossfire, part # 4512-B-011

It looks like a stock cap except the wire routing. Its hard to see w/ the Accel coil on it, but it looks stock.
