Just did a MILD 409 with a Miniram this summer for my brother's 87 GTA.
It should run a 12.99 or so @ about 109 on street tires, but haven't had it to the track yet. And it weighs 3700 lbs without a driver!
10:1 compression, box stock Trick FLow G2 heads, super small 266* cam, headers, 58mm TB, 32# injectors, and a custom chip to run the whole mess.
It comes up just shy of 400HP but torque is closer to 500ft-lbs! With a considerably bigger cam I am sure 450 HP would be attainable from the combo with few other changes.
