torque settings, aluminum heads

Installing the headers on my new ZZ4.
This might be a dumb question, but are the torque settings different between cast iron and aluminum heads?

Same specs and sequence. Torque specs pertain to the fasteners, not the material being fastened.

are the threads in the material helicoils? or is it threaded AL? (never worked with AL heads before...)

just wondering, 'cuz wouldn't the headers, now bolting to an aluminum head instead of an iron head, take less torque? I figured the threads would pull out of the AL easier then iron.
