Taking Her to the shop

Ok i found a local chevy expert works mainly on vettes and our and only chevys really clean shop and trustworthy. So what do you guys think my problem will be. here are the symptoms.....

1983 camaro 2.8 2bl electrnic carb w/ 3speed tranny

dieseling off
hesitation from stop to WOT
check engine light on constant wont give ay codes from jumping the adl
really hesitant when starting first thing in the mornings
when at highway speeds the volt and choke light flash as soon as i turn on blinkers or lights it goes out.

this is what i have done to fix it so far.....

New carb installed new gaskets and adjusted
tested controll mod
found and fixed all vaccume leaks
replaced computer
checked all fuses including ecm computer exe exe

What that fixed......

NOTHING any one have any ideas?? thanks ill let you knwo what it really ends up being

dieseling typically indicated timing that is too retarded causing run on after the engine is shut off. I would check that as well. Remember to pull the one wire connector as well to pull out computer timing when using a timing light. It's a brown-ish wire near the master cylinder or by the A/C evaporator depending on what year car it is.

egr could do all that?? wow let me add this peice of information i forgot to mention.... all of these symptoms happend over night and progressively got worse. with exception of the choke and voltage light flashing that is new. one day it was fine the next morning it was doing all this crap. so i do not think it is timing but at this point who knows lol thanks for that so far!!
