around 400-420hp/420-440tq @the crank. With your set up especially the heads which will flow decent along with a stock pullied 142 roots will give you about 4-5psi which is not a whole lot of boost...probably if your CR was like 9:1 or 9:5:1 with that amount of boost you'd make more power. The way to go is keep your 8:2:1 CR and get a smaller pulley for the blower, I think the 142 maxes out at about 10psi and with lower CR and more boost you make more "total" power and not as succeptable to detonation in the process.

Problem is can the 142 pump enough air to make big power? I had a huge war about this already in the F/I board but i say go for it. I'd like to see what the 142 can do with your setup.

the most you'll get from a 142 especially on a good breathing 350 is 500 @ the crank MAX. That is with the very smallest pulley weiand has for it and spinning it that fast, you're gonna build ridiculous heat not to mention shortening the life of the blower.
