engine surges bad at stop rpms 3000

Car: i have a 2003 ford zx2 and a 1989 f
Engine: 350 tuned port, 4 banger on the Z
Transmission: 700r4 poop loser
Axle/Gears: 3.23 standard ...one tire fire
engine surges bad at stop rpms 3000

when i first turn the car on theres no problem but when i drive the car gets worse it pulses in idle and surges when coasting also like ill put in park after warm up and the rpms get to like 3000 this jsut started fuel filter is brand new also its wierd cause if i take my foot of the break ( its a auto ) the car will actually climb in rpms and then shift into 2 and almost into 3 wiht out my ven touching the gas .. please help it snowed today and when i brake the car fights me it was so slick out that the back tires where like spinning out behind me in the snow when i was trying to pull into a parking spot .. help please

sounds like you have a vacuum leak.

a vaccum leak would cause the car to dam near drive it self like taht ... how so plase explain

Axle/Gears: 10 bolt posi 3.23
well if it is indeed a vacume leak it will cause the engine to surge by introducing more air with the gas mixture. to find out where it is you could buy some carb and choke cleaner and spray around vacuume lines and the engine will surge when you spray around the leak.
