i googled it and found out the following about them:

1.94in 1.5ex valves
this is the cam that was in it, i just see these numbers on the ends of it:
6839
280H 4
CS
/\MS
i googled it, im pretty sure its this one:
http://www.powerandperformancenews.c...ry_Code=12-CAM
the heads also have 1.6 roller rockers on them, by comp cams
how much power do you guys think this engine was making with a stock TPI on it???

That's a horrible cam for a stock TPI. I'd say it might have more peak power, but it wouldn't run worth a hoot in the low range.

Yes,that cam is the Comp 280,and yes,it is completely wrong for a tpi application.Works awesome in a carbed engine with a little compression and decent flowing heads.
