Wiring harness-305 TBI

Hello, here is the thing, i had a 305 TBI engine in my 91 RS, but now im carbed, and when i went to carbs i just hacked up the wiring harness. Now i would like to pull the whole harness out and make my own to try and neatin it up a bit, any suggestions?
and for two, (the search is disabled) how do i get the harness off the drivers side firewall, there is two large plugs and i can seem to get them off or figure out what they go too, my guess would be fuse panel and diagnostic port, but i dont know, thanks for any help Barry

P.S. Also do i need the wiring going to the PS pump or the master cylinder.
