Transmission: plastic stock dodge....
Axle/Gears: ...havent looked that far....

i want a good cam for my lg4 i need some help i know nothing about them what size should i use... and is it worth the time to put it in, will it be like good golly theres a bunch of power back or am i just wasting time and money

Check the FAQ forum, I think there's a thread like "what do I do for my LG4 to get more power?" right up your alley.
basically exhaust first.
Anyway, assuming you have done those, it's definately worth your while! Cam, lifters, springs, and maybe valve train bits as well (retainers, locks,), seals for sure, shouldn't run ya more then $350 or so.
A comp xe262 is probably in your range. Take a look at comp xe cams, lunati voodoo, or crane powermax(?). Use whatever RPM range they rate them for, then bump it up 400RPM or so, since you're using a smaller motor then what they're generally rated with (chev 350).

yeah i got flow tech headers to true 2 1/4 inch duals so now im looking at just some more power, because i did notice a little bit of gain with the headers but i want more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
