What heads do you have?
What size valves do they have?
What intake do you have?
What gears do you have?
What is your exhaust system?
Will you drive the car every day, or is just for racing?
What compression do you have?

I will assume that this is a roller cam engine.
Those small valves combined with a long stroke and lower flowing heads will probably need a cam on a 110-108 LCA. If you have 11.7 compression, go with the 108 LCA. If the compression is 10.5, go with a 110 LCA. I would not go above 110*.
Since it is a stroker it will also need to be a cam with a small base circle.
The exhaust on that cam will need extra time to flow through that exhaust system. Look for no less than a 10* seperation for exhaust.
I would look for a cam with an intake duration around 220-224. With exhaust at 230-238.
Since you have 3.73 gears, I would go with a better intake, like an RPM or such. You will rap out that smaller cam pretty quick. You could go with a bigger cam if you had n intake more suited for higher RPM or better flow.
