Fuel and teflon tape

....I'm installing a new set of braided fuel lines and fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail of my L98.

Do I need anything special like teflon tape, or do I just tighten down the lines like normal?

Thanks,
-Boob

Thread sealant with teflon on any NPT-tpye thread, no sealant required on any AN's flared fittings. That's how I plumbed mine. No known issues yet. People have used teflon tape in fuel systems and it works fine. I, personally, do not like to use it because of the chance a loose end can block something up, especially at the higher pressures that the TPI systems run.

I have found that if I do not let the sealant dry for at least a few hours, I can still get leaks with it. So make sure it is dry.
