I don't know what they flow or much about them. I did however clean some of them up today.

Could I get 350-400hp from this motor with a decent cam (example: cc305 220/230 .544/.544 112)?

So if I gasket-match the ports, mill down the bosses and go for screw-in studs, you think that would be enough?

get the heads machined at a shop, have them make the valves sit lower in the seat, that way the first bit of lift seems like more. This also allows them to flow more.
Clean up the chambers, unshroud them a little.
Port out the intake if ya want to, short side radius is alway the biggest concern.
Polish exhaust side!
once all this is done, wala, decent flowing heads for an easy to come by amount.
