help with a 91

i have recently purchased a 91 camaro 305 TBI. I changed, plugs, wires, cap, igniton pickup, ignition module, fule filter, pvc.
i am having a problem with it when the throttle was being applied. At both idle and WOT the car seems fine but when driving it or even in park when i increase the throttle the engine begins to chugg and shudder then when i let off the gas the car almost cuts out any suggestions what this might be.

Try checking your exhaust, if your cats/muffler are cloged then your not getting propper air flow. I had a similar problem till I replaced my cats.

Look for broken/missing vacuum lines - vacuum can do terrible things.

Autozone shows both a seperate pulley and the tensioner assembly available - Pulley alone in stock most stores $19.99 - Tensioner Assembly and order item $51.99 - probaly can order at local store and get in a day or 2 tops, as they have warehouses everywhere.

I did a search on their sire for Idler Pulley.

The vacuum lines can all be replaced with hoses the right size - the plastic lines impossible to get without yanking out of boneyard. Just be careful with the one running into the firewall at the pass side - it's the one you don't want to have to reroute, as it's tangled with all the wire harness (it runs vacuum lines to your A/C & heater controls).

Definetly try plugging that line. I have never tried unplugging the heater vacuum line and seeing the results, but it is just like any other vacuum line. PLug it.
