Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.42 or 3.73..figuring it out still
305 4 bolt main?

Just curious if they ever made a 4 bolt main 305?

Axle/Gears: 14 bolt with 3.07 gears
I've got one. 1983 305 4 bbl out of a 3/4 ton van cast in Canada. It is definately a 305(well 312 now) and definately 4 bolt main.

marine and truck applications got them on occasion, but finding one here in the states is going to be exceptionally difficult.

I have a Canadian built 1986 Chevy C10 custom deluxe with a factory 305 4 bolt main so they did build them for sure
