To buy or not to buy: march pulleys
Ive read several different opinions on these are they really gonna give me any kind of gains or are they just a waste of money?

I've got them on a bigblock, because I had no pulleys or brackets for it.They aren't much higher than stock stuff new. That said, you won't realize any noticable performance gains from pulleys. There are better places to spend that kinda dough, cause we all know March stuff ain't cheap.

I think the only way I would buy pulleys was if I had done everything to my car and was looking for the last little gains. Otherwise, I there is way better places to spend that kind of money!

I have a set on my 305 L03. If you do not want to get inside the engine and make major mods, just do bolt ons then. Thats what I did. I noticed a difference with these pulleys. I recommend them, I swapping in a 350 soon ao I'll transfer them to that engine when I do.

I did not notice any gains, but I did not buy them for that. I just think that they look nice.

I would say only use them as a last resort 'get all the HP you can' type of thing.
If you like your alternator to put out a bit of power at low RPMs dont get them.
If you like power steering at low RPMs dont get them.
If you like the bling or if you want to get .001 off your ET then they are for you!

I agree with the above and the fact that there are better things to invest in.
I know I went with as much drive speed as possible when I got my CV's.
