i need to know what some of those cam specs are for a 305 LG4... im trying to bring it to life, i got to make sure i beat this kid with a integra... and the cam will help. i already have the flow tech headers.....

Transmission: T10, hurst shifter
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt, true-trac, 3.73
if you want to beat anything, then you don't want to put an LG4 cam back in it.

no i know, i want to put a inepensive cam in, i just want to know what size should i use, and part number so i can get it before the 21 of may, i gotta beat this integra thats been harping on my *** all day long about how his car will smoke mine, when stock my car owns him in a 1/8th... but i dont know about 1/4... im trying to get him just to do a 1/8

cheap? get a summit cam and lifter kit, 214/224, $80 or something. Hard to beat price.

Yes, they develope a wear pattern and if you were going to reuse your cam you would want to make sure that you kept track of what lifter came from what lobe.

With a cam as "pathetic" as the LG4's, it's crappiness has probably bled off into the lifters by now, promting a side order for replacement.
