Car: 87 z with 89 everything, cam, jet chip, full exhaust, yellow with green flames
Engine: 5.7 tpi, 89 l98
Transmission: 89 700-r4 w/ b$m shift kit
car won't turn over
d@mn thing wont start. was fine till 2 days ago, and the thing just wouldn't turn over. the thing is, all the accessories are on, plenty of power, but there's no draw when you turn it all the way, but the switch does activate all the accessories. it's almost like the park lockout, but that's good. it is vats, i don't know a whole lot about that. could it be just a bad switch? or is it vats? any other ideas? this thing is driving me nuts, but i love it

vader- it flashes on when in the accessory position, then it shuts off when you turn it. i got it to start yesterday, then it wouldn't turn all the way off. i fiddled with the park lockout cable and the more i played with it the more reliable the starts and shutoffs were. still not 100% but a lot better. i don't know where to go from there though. is it the cable, the column, the switch? either way it seems i can make it work for now.
