Spark Plug Recommendation??
Spark Plug Recommendation??
My current setup is in my sig. If there's one thing I know nothing about it's spark plugs. Can someone give me a plug recommendation? Right now I'm running a standard AC Delco plug, and a buddy of mine said to go with a little bit of a colder plug. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is there some sort of issue your attempting to fix by going to a colder plug?
I use autolite 23-P's with a 0.35 gap. Seems when I go to a larger gap the plugs take a bit longer to clean up on cold start even with a full accel ign system.
Usually the right plug for your combo is found by trial and error. If your fighting a detonation issue seems droping 3 heat ranges seems to help but it's at the risk of fouling unless you get the proper gap.

I'm running a very similar setup, and using AC Delco FR3LS per AFR's recommendation and they work fine. Is there something wrong with your plugs now?
If you do a search on Google, for "spark plug reading" you will find some informative articles, on heat range, detonation, rich/lean etc. Also tuning recommendations, as compared to the the way the plugs look. More/less fuel, more/less timing, etc. HTH.
