vac line at back of manifold

vac line at back of manifold

where does the vaccum line at the back of the manifold run too , its right behind the carb just before the distributor

vac line at back of intake manifold

does it run straight to the power brake control or does it split off , becuase on mine the person who had the car before me hacked it all to crap and now im trying to find out where everything should go.

It doesnt matter what it goes/went to...

Vac is vac.

It is most common to have the brake booster run from this location, but it can be run from either the vac port on the back of the carb or the manifold.

One thing that should be kept in mind is to never split the vac source that runs the booster. use a different vac source if you need to tee of to run multiple things.
