awfull smell and smoke
My car is blowing smoke out of the valve covers(PCV hole and crankcase filter hole) like crazy and it burns my eyes when i drive it...so the stupid question is what is this and what is the repair for ti?...thanks

You mention a PCV hole...does this mean you do not have a PCV valve?
The smoke sounds to me like crank case fumes, which will vent through these holes when there is no active PCV system in use or when the PCV valve goes bad. Make sure your PCV is working (pull it out and shake it, the ball bearing in the valve should rattle) and hooked to a vacuum source, and there is a filter on the other rocker cover. This should solve the problem.
