I started my head/ cam swap today and was wondering which plugs to use. I hope to have it running within a week.
I was using acdelco r45ts and they look perfect.
goodwrench 350. 190cc al. heads. comp xe274. holley600. msd ignition.
any ideas?

Most hi performance cylinder head producers have a web site with specs that you can view or download for each cylinder head they produce. you'll find the spark plug type and heat range they recomend there. If you don;t see it , email their tech dept and ask.
On a stock type head I usually use a R42T or R42TS
(Champion RV8c) for high performance street /drag/marine use. A little cooler than R45ts. But not too cool as to cause fouling problems.
Nice for moderate Nitrous or SC/turbo applications too.
