Down on power

Ok, my formy has been down on power. Adjusted the rockers, that helped. I changed the fuel filter today, then checked the FP. It pulled 45 PSI, which is dead on from what I understand. The problem is the car is seriously lacking up top. I know that TPI is not known for up top, but it should still pull better than it does. I still need to change the cap, rotor, and coil. The car is also still bogging down when I go full thottle. The RPM's go up, but the car doesnt go. I also noticed that if I am running around 40 mph, and I mat it, it only jumps to about 3500 RPM. Any ideas?

If it's not your cat it's your timing chain and or camshaft. Pray it's the timing chain if it's not the cat, which I doubt it is. Chain is easy to replace, you just need a saturday, some coolant, and oil cause you may need an oil change afterwards.
