stupit fuse

I have a 85 Camaro With a 305 TPI every time the gauges fuse blows the injectors flood the plugs ,the car runs real rich, and spits black smoke while ideling irraticly. But it comes and gose as it pleases (witch is why I think it might be related to water)
witch makes it imposible to find BUT I have a strong feeling its coming from or somewhere near that 4 wire Harness that comes from the ignition module in the distributor cap by the firewall My question is has any one else had a similer problem and what causes the car to all of a sudden for get how to run that must mean that the gauge cluster is tied in to the ecm.

In addition to the instrument cluster, the GAGE fuse feeds power to most of the load devices driven by the ECM, like the AIR solenoids, EGR solenoid, TCC, MAF burnoff, EVAP canister purge, VSS, and the "Check Engine" lamp.
