Do you mean to buy them, or to have a shop replace them?

Seriously, a pair of valve cover gaskets is about $12. Then, it'll cost you about 4 hours labor to replace them, at whatever your "mechanic"'s rate is; figure $75/hr, just as a guess. Call it $312 for a rough estimate.
Well on your way to buying another car, actually...
This is one of those things that just about everybody on here, will do themselves. At $12 vs $300 odd, it's not hard to see why.
I'd suggest that you do it yourself. It's not very difficult, it just takes a long time, especially if that part of the car hasn't been disturbed for a while.

The cheap gaskets are like $8 each. I know for centerbolt heads, the Felpro rubber ones from Autozone are bad *** for $20 each, I'm not sure if the same exist for the earlier heads.
The extra $10 if you don't have tools is to buy a small cheap Walmart ratchet set and a 7/16" deep socket (I believe that's the size).
Really, its something you can do yourself. They are very easy on these cars. 4 small nuts on each side and you're good to go.

thanks for the replies guys. I was asking what a shop would charge. I took a look and there seems to be a lot of stuff blocking them. I usually do minor maintence myself, brakepads oil changes etc. Heres a pic for reference.

crossfire injection!!!!!
Well, besides that you'll have an annoying amount of crap in the way it is pretty much remove the 4 bolts for each cover and if you label everything and where it went like the hoses and wires you shouldn't have too much trouble.
