What did I Screw up?/Maro wont start!!

89 iroc 350 tpi ...

Ive been having ideling issues so I decide to pull off the maf burn off relay while the car was running. I took my multi meter out and touch 2 pins to see if there was voltage, wasn't sure if there was suppose to be or not...
Anyways in the process of doing so I shorted something out causing the engine to quite on the spot. I tried to crank with no luck of starting. I waited about an hour and tried again with no luck?

I checked all the fuses under the drivers dash and none were blown. I heard there is an inline fuse somewhere in the engine bay...Could I have blown this?

Any help would greatly be appreciated....

Car: lowered 89 RS ttop centerline
Engine: 305 roller
Transmission: man uuuu el
Axle/Gears: stocking stuffers
supprised she ran w/o airflow sensor hoocked up.=unplug bat + reset ecm
could be the fuse ebay? questionable.big sparks, multimeter does not short **** out very easy, unless tips touch and bypass multimeter all together, creating a direct short at prongs connecting(arching),then would be the fusable.
this just an educated guess

check all fusable links by battery/right side of radiator mount
first get the meter (test light)back out and see if you recieving power.ground black to the car, most meters set to 20v,turn on power and probe harnes and see what does and does not light up,follow up the main wires and see if you still have power maf.if not checkin inline fuses and links
