losing oil!
My motor doesn't even have 5k miles on it and I'm either burning or dripping oil somehow. After a week, I'm low more than a quart. I noticed the seal in the front of the oil pan is a little damp with oil. But, it doesn't drip from there. I tried leaving a piece of cardboard under it every night and nothing shows.
How should I go about diagnosing this? Could valve stem seals go that fast?
I pulled a few of the plugs and they are normal. No dark residue or carbon on it. Electrode is the same as when it was new. Might be a little lean but there is no sign of burning oil on the plugs.

did you plug the threaded hole, right next to the block mounted fuel pump, on the front of the block?
Apparently that can/will cause a high RPM oil leak. Hence seeing it wet in that area, yet not leaking while the car is parked, and it not being burned...
