Filled the gas tank up, drove 85 miles to the airport, dropped off the spouse, drove 85 miles the other direction and the car cut out... smashed the gas but wasn't getting any fuel. Coasted into a driveway and parked it. Waited 2 hours tried to start, it would turn over but wasn't getting any fuel.
Heat Index that day was 105... thought I had a vapor lock.

Sat for 4 days, started the car, bucked alot drove 50 miles (flying so it wouldn't cut out). Sat overnight, tried to start would not get any gas.

Changed fuel filter, running real rough, cuts off.
