engine stumbles under load

first off i have a 91 305 tbi, i just got done putting on a high rise intake, got everything running again and i drove it and it starts to stumble when the revs go up. if i am just crusing the engine is fine, no stumble. also when its in neutral i can rev it as high as i want to without it doing this. only when i am hard on the gas does it do it. my timming is set between 0-2* would it help if i raised the timming a little bit?

It would... try bumping the base timing up to about 6-8* and see how it runs... should run much better.
