Unknown Problem

Ok I have a 1992 AT 3.1L Firebird. The other day I was driving it and I began feeling an occasional wierd sensation. It happened a few more times and I figured out that it was only occuring when I had to stop at a light or stop sign. It did it both when turning either direction at the light/ sign or not turning at all. It feels as if the front suspension of the car pops up when I push on the accelerator pedal. I'm not sure if it is the suspension though. I was at a light and pushed on the gas (not flooring it) and it did it once when the car started moving then again when shifting into the next gear. Its strong enough that it causes my CD player to skip, I can feel it in my seat, and I can hear it. Although I can't see much of whats happening. I have no idea whats going on. Please Help!
