Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: unknown/mostlikelycrappy
starter very noisy after brand new one installed
just as title says..
since i got it installed by a shop,
the car starts up faster and it starts up like a snap,
but god it sound very loud when it start,
not the engine but i guess the starter rotation noise?
maybe mine was too quiet before or something..
the car does start fine, but is this normal?

Transmission: TH400 with brake, 8" PTC converter
Axle/Gears: moser 9" 4.11
noisy or grinding sound? noisy could be the starter like how newer cars have louder starters. A grinding sound indicated shimming is required.
