I was wondering if anyone knew a good place to obtain information on stock head combustion camber volume, piston dish cc, .... etc?

The best place would be right here .

The stock iron L98 heads (castings 083) had 64cc chambers and 1.94/1.5 valves. Static compression should be right around 9.3:1. I cannot recall the stock dish off hand but quick use of the search function should yeild you all of the answers you are in search of.

87-89 L98's had 9.3:1 compression, but the 90-92's had flat top pistons which bumped compression up closer to 9.7:1. That's partly the reason for the 5 more HP. (the other reason is the switch to speed density and eliminating the restrictive small MAF)
