I don't know what more you could want than what you're getting over there.
I would suggest not doing it, because your tire turning and 1/4 mile sans track comments indicates you are not a responsible driver and you will most likely bring more ill will between the high performance community and the powers that be.
Other than that, sure, go ahead and stroke it after you grow up.

You have no idea how I drive, nor how responsible or irresponsible I may or may not be.
Thank you for your thoughtful comments.

I watched all 2 minutes and 58 seconds of the burnout video you have linked in your vBGarage, shot I presume on public property (judging by the marked pavement and ball parks in the background). With that, and your own words, I have a very good idea how you drive and behave.
You're welcome for my very carefully worded and thought-out comments.

If you want to talk about 1/4 mile runs without a track, there is a forum for that type of discussion.
What kind of an old fart am I? The kind that knows the difference between what you can do and what you should do. I could ignore the intended use of the proposed set-up, but that would not be a personally responsible action. I am also the kind that knows the value of being in touch with those who don't like us, that knows as long as we restrict our activities to sanctioned and safe venues, and bring revenue into the community, they will let us alone. When we take that activity into unsafe and public arenas, we've crossed the line of responsibility, and I will not condone that in any way, shape, or fashion. Where I live, and in more and more jurisdictions, the activity displayed in the linked video would be cause for loss of license, and not only impoundment of the vehicle, but forfeiture of the vehicle.
While I appreciate the honesty of the originator in the full exposure of the intended use, I am also the kind that is willing to tell those that need to hear it to grow up.
I am not in the wrong place. In fact I know the right place for the exercise of speed and power.
The advice may not have been solicited, but that doesn't make it wrong.
And I may be an old fart, but I may very well out-live both of you. And have more fun doing it. . .

Wow, ungabunga...
After further review of the video...I have to totally agree...that that was a pretty nice burnout.

Well I could go into a long winded explination of how, where, and why on private property (previously government owned) however it is not worth wasting my time nor effort since it is obvious you have already made judgement on my behavior, driving style, recklessness, age, ego, immaturity, attitude, and general carelessness for public safety or concern. I thank you for being so quick to pass judgement, you sound like an unfortunates friends stuck-up father-in-law or perhaps a greenhorn law enforcement official. Oops, there we go passing judgement again. Hate it when that happens.
Arguing on the internet is pointless, so let us focus on the real reason we are on a third gen performance and restoration oriented website. Ok?

Since you are upgrading the TPI, it should handle the extra displacement from a flow standpoint. You didn't mention TB - although the 48mm makes 502 HP on a Ram Jet 502, for some reason TPI seems to like 'em bigger. You may reach the limits of the MAF tuning capability (the TPI guys should know more about that than me), converting to SD while you're at it would resolve that issue without doubt, but then you'd be looking at more PROM tuning to get it right.
I would definitely port the 113's while they are off the car.
Even with the bigger flowing induction system but the same heads & cam, the 383 would be a different animal vs. that 305 on steroids. Or even a 350 vs. the 305, for that matter.

if you already have the crank and pistons in that new motor, it's hard to justify tossing away good new parts, in order to buy other ones. If you didn't have those, i'd say do the 383 in a heart beat, but since it's already there, my final opinion is to stick with a 350.
Re-use your LT4 cam, should work nicely in the 350.
113 heads, and yea, like 57 says, clean 'em up a bit.
Check your compression ratio with your setup, i'm not sure which pistons you have, but i'd shoot for 9.5:1 ish CR. With AL heads, and that cam, you can probably run 87 octane, since it's injected and a knock sensor and all that jazz.
