that's a loaded question right there.

motor? 350, rebuilt, stock? Compression ratio?
What heads are on it? Any work done to them?
headers, exhaust?
stall speed of torque convertor? transmission?
rear gears? (plan to change them?)
which carb? brand, model #, CFM, whatever you know
intake manifold, which one?
street driven by your wife/grandma/girlfriend, or just you, who doesn't care if it idles choppy, gets 12MPG, etc?

Well since he's not saying anything....

S/R Torquers (305's)
600 CFM edelbrock carb
estimated compression ratio 11:2 i think....
headers
weind stealth intake
700r4 high performance
4.10 rear ratios limited slip
....i already have a cam just not sure if its a good setup for my 91 rs (ZZ4 cam) 474 intake 512 exhaust 220 duration..i believe

which pistons
what's the compression ratio
find out the rear gears
are you willing to swap out stall speed?

You could go on the safe side and get a compxe262 or something. But if you know what's in the motor, you can better optimize it.
