camaro won't start. HELP!!
My camaro (89 iroc l98 auto) sat in front of my house for a while would start every time I needed it to but all of a sudden when I go to sell it. nothing. not a peep. changed battery. still nothing. the problem seems electrical like the juice isn't getting to the starter. starter does not click. Ive put the battery on the charger overnite to make sure and it's just dead . battery gauge stays on the line between 8 and 13 (11?) Could this be the chip in the key? do they wear out? or does the ignition switch seem more likely ? Also, the acc fuse keeps popping but after reading into it that doesn't seem to be the culprit. is this a correct assumption? I just want to fix this p.o.s. for cheap and get rid of it. my '87 bird is so much better. lemme know.

either a wire is shorting out on the chassis, which is causing the fuse to pop, yea, i had the same problem with my car, new batt and everything, it turned out the ground to the starter got to hot and melted, so we made a new ground to the starter, after that it ran fine.
