Verify the INJ1 and INJ2 fuses are intact. Watch the SECURITY lamp when you first turn on the ignition and before cranking the starter. Does it turrn on for about five seconds then turn off, or does it remain on or flash?

Have you checked the ignition module in the distributer? If the ECM is not getting pulses from the distributer then it will not send signal to the injectors.
Not sure if the V6 setup is the same, but I think its similar. You can test the distributer module by doing the following.
Disconnect the 4 wire connector and using a test light connected to 12v, touch the terminal C (ppl/wht wire). Does the injector light blink? If so, then the module may be faulty.
Also, the fuel pump should turn on for 3 seconds when you turn on the ignition and then shut off if there is no signal from the ignition module to the ECM. You can watch the fuel pressure to determine this. The fuel pressure will drop a pound or so when the fuel pump shuts off.
