which spark plugs?
i have an '83 firebird with a carbureted 305. i'm wondering whether to use the regular copper core plugs or the platinum plugs or the irridium plugs. i was also wondering whether i should go with Delco plugs or Autolite plugs. any difference in performance? also if i wanted to upgrade to an MSD system, should i use different (hotter) plugs? any helpful info or opinions on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

If it's a stock engine then better plugs won't make much difference, if any. Just stick with regular AC Delco plugs and save a few bucks.
