water mixing with the oil

ok so i have an 87 camaro v6. when i start it the rpms are all over the place, today i drained the oil and it looked like the mocha you get in the starbucks bottle so thats no good, i checked to see if the plugs were rusted due to water damage but nothing. i have no white smoke or anything, so i dont know what the problem is!!!
if anyone can help me it would be very much appreciated

You need to replace your head gaskets

it could also be the intake gaskets. I think . I know if the intake is leaking then the coolant will be brownie batter, not sure how the oil would look though. There could be a crack on the intake gasket underneath one of the coolant passages causing coolant to leak into the valley. I would ASSUME that if it were a head gasket then it would smoke somewhat through the exhaust. But you know what they say when you assume...

So you have water in your oil. Is the car running low on coolent? Do you have to add anti freeze routinly? If you're not using water, then the stuff in your oil isn't comming from there. Also, if you have water in you oil, you should also have oil in your water. See any?

maybe your resivoir has a hole in it? If the radiator is always full, you don't have a leak somewhere.
