A/C Delete install difficulty?

A/C Delete install difficulty?
Well I have been searching on the site for the last hour or so. No one has clearly outlined how to put in a standard heater box. I know I unbolt the old setup and drop the new one in. However as far as wiring goes what do I need to do. I bought a standard heater that came with wiring. Do I need to splice this standard harness into my existing one? Or do I just discard it and work with what I have. Any answers would be appreciated.
