Can't find lom motor mount bolts!! HELP!!!!

I putting on new headers and had removed the motor mount bolts to rock the engine. I set them down on my work bench and now I can't find them. Can anyone tell me what size they are? I need length and thread size. GM won't give a size or part number. These are the long ones that go throught the entire mount.

oh. Those are M10x1.75mm pitch IIRC. 6" long. Actually i'm not very confident in that diameter measurement... 15mm head though right? Flanged bolt, grade 10.9 or better, pointy tip.

Not something you'd find in a hardware store. The taper/pointy tip makes it a lot easier to install.

That's total BS that GM can't help you, these aren't exactly a rare part. Call up a different dealer, that's probably your best bet.

I know one of the board sponsors (spohn or hawks I think), sells a set of these for ~$12 - nice new plated, shiny etc.

they said they could order them for me at $4 each. I can get a brand new set from ARP at the atlanta summit store for 7.88 a set. What a rip off.

went and checked the holes with a caliper, and then with a bolt. 10mm is just too small. 12mm fit pretty well. I can't find them on either of those sponsors sites, and the ARP bolts in the summit catalog don't tell you anything except they should work wit 1969-2002 chevy's with 5.7L's

What's the problem?
You found them - local dealership at $4per (sounds fair...), or ARP. Pick your favorite.
