Car won't start ... no spark
Car won't start ... no spark
Can someone explain how the ignition system is ran stock? I have a 1992 camaro 5.7 tpi and have no primary voltage. The problem is I'm using a DFI computer and painless wiring harness so everything is rerouted. If I knew how it all used to be stock I can figure out what's going on.
I know the ignition module has 2 plugs .. 1 with 4 wires I think it was, and 1 with 2. The one with 4 is used to communicate with the computer right? My dfi harness had this plug as well and all the wires seem to run to the computer. The 2 wire plug is just the + and - for the coil correct? Are there any other wires I'm forgetting that would cause me to not see primary ignition at the coil?
