Fresh Engine - Idle drop/stall

Alright, just finished getting my new 355 put together and I'm now in the process of breaking it in. My mods are in my sig. What I find weird and sometimes annoying is that if I'm on the brakes hard, the engine wants to die. It has stalled on me a few times just today driving around and sometimes I had to 2-foot it to keep from stalling out. Vaccum problem? If so, how do I fix this? Would bumping the timing help at all? I think it's at the stock setting but I don't know for sure.

Maybe a possible vaccum leak! Only way to fix that is to find the source and stop it. Check the mounting bolts at the fuel injection unit for looseness. Check all hoses and connections. Check the fuel injection and intake gasket surfaces.

Well the engine runs fine. Perfect even. It's only when I use the brakes hard, that's when it wants to die...

I mentioned a vaccum leak because when you push the brakes the brake booster is sucking vaccum to operate the brakes. If there was a leak when you push the brakes and pull this extra vaccum it would cause the engine to want to die.
