How come I can't pass smog?

Luckily, the smog tech let me snap a picture of the numbers at idle, Perhaps you guys can help me figure out what is wrong?

I don't know where to begin.

you are way too rich, you may be getting some rich misfire with the O2 so high, but normally that starts when CO is up around 9.0~10.0 or more.
you need your CO down around 1.0~1.5 max with out the cat.

some things to check, is the motor getting to operating temp?
check your coolant sensor, air temp sensor, O2 sensor, fuel pressure.
check for any misfiring on the side of the motor the O2 sensor is on.

also, after you get your CO down, pull your plugs & make sure they aren't fouled out.

Yea, seen that before. So who tuned it? 42# injectors are like way too much for that combo and if its not tuned right you're just flooding the engine at idle which is exactly what that picture you posted is telling us.

Hmm. Letsee now. 230-236 cam and 42# injectors... Gotta be the AIR pump or the EGR.

The stealth ram doesn't have egr so I don't have one of them anymore. and I removed the smog pump to free some horsepower, Thinking perhaps it would only help the situation.

You expected it to pass with missing smog items?

Less strain on the engine, makes sense right?

Yep. A whole 1/3 of a horsepower at redline. You should live here in Alabama. Makes as much sense as an A/C delete pulley. When the A/C compressor clutch is disengaged the pulley is an idler pulley. If you want to save weight move the battery to the trunk instead of pitching the compressor. The battery is a whopping 25 lbs as opposed to 8 lbs and it helps traction back there. You can have full horsepower and still keep from sweating with a simple A/C WOT cutout switch. And while you're at it, you can do like me and have it sleep the alternator at WOT freeing up about 5 horsepower.
Now, that is a meaningful amount.
(I'm glad I don't have to deal with smog stuff)

I seriously doubt the lack of EGR or AIR has anything to do with it. I had 12ppm HC at idle with neither of those items on the car, CO was zip, didnt measure a thing.
