Runs fine cold, when warm want to die
My problem is my car will start fine, run for about fifteen minutes in park and then start sputtering real bad and die... when I look at the injectors it looks like they stop spraying and start up again... I bought a fuel pressure tester and my psi stays within 11-12 psi while this problem occurs... eventually the car will die and its heck trying to get it started... sometimes it will start but sputter and die... sometimes it will start and run for a bit then die... then i notice that the injectors aren't spraying when i try to start it again and at times, the injectors are spraying too much... Like a heck of alot more than usual and it won't start... here's a list of parts I have replaced so far...
MSD cap, rotor, and wires
new distributor OE brand
starter
flywheel
torque convertor
knock sensor
MAT sensor
coolant sensor on the head and the one on the intake
coil
fuel pump
fuel pressure regulator with all new gaskets
battery
installed headers
I have also set the timing twice with a gun and unplugging the connector to the EST i believe it's called... I have it set at 4* advanced...
Does this ound like a ECM gone bad or what else am I missing??? it runs like crap and I don't know what else to check... I pulled codes after replacing the sensors and now all I get is code 15 and 42... even with these codes shouldn't my car still run ok??? just not grand... any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated... I love these third gens but I am about to get rid of this one and buy another!!

any ideas guys??? yesterday i replaced the thermostat and fuel pump relay and got it to run real good... didnt sputter or anything but then i cleared the codes to see what i could pull and it wouldn't start... injectors where spraying too much fuel.. so much that i unplugged the injectors and the car would start and run for about 10 seconds... way too much fuel... I unhooked the EGR and it would spray normal but ran real rough so today I am changing the EGR... I will keep you guys posted but any help would be greatly appreciated

The code 15 (coolant temp sensor reporting too low) will cause the ECM to apply WAY too much fuel. From what I remember abt that circuit; if the ECM see infinite resistance (like a broken wire or bad connection) for the sensor, it thinks the coolant temp is like minus 50F degs.
Noticed you replaced the ecm coolant temp sensor (on front of intake).
The connectors for the ECM coolant temp sensor have a history of going bad.
Verify it's ok along with the sensors' wiring.
After the code 15 issue is resolved, check the spark plugs. There's a good chance they will be fuel fouled which can cause more confusion troubleshooting the engs perf.
If this condition persisted for any length of time, the oil should be changed since it's probably diluted with fuel from running soo rich.

OK update time... I cleared code 15 by installing a new thermostat, found out there wasnt one there! that'll **** you off.. anyways cleared that code and installed a new EGR valve due to my old one was nice and crusty... started right up, #2 cylinder wasn't firing so I changed all the plugs to AC delco's with the copper tips... runs great... never bogs down, get WOT all the time and never dies... now its time to decide whether to build up this 305 or drop in a 350 ... havent decided yet... Thanks for the help ZZ28ZZ
