HEI ignition coil on stock dizzy system
will it hurt to put a good piece of aftermarket ignition coil
if i have a stock distributor and not that special or a plug wires?
looking to buy a 48,000V piece and just wondering if they're effective and stuff.

You wouldn't notice a difference. Plugs may foul less often.

I just put an Accel Super Coil on my car and the idle sounds better now, so it must be doing some good. I still need to put the new spark plug wires I bought and new spark plugs. I also put in a new cap and rotor.
